This Development is to be called Lychgate Park. The development is to the east and includes the old Village Hall. The Village Hall was made totally of wood and has been condemned and as such has to be demolished. The houses will eventually take all of the field to the east of the Village Hall and the Village Hall plot too. The location of the development is a Green Field Site at the junction of the A377 and the A3072. On the north side of the A377 and west side of the A377. The site as of the end of April 2004 has now most of the drainage and the road system in place. To record the build and provide information we will be taking photos and providing information as it becomes available.
