PARCELPOINT is available to all who live in and around Copplestone and enables the Village Shop to take parcels for safe keeping until the Villager is able to collect the Parcel from the shop.

For information to those that do not understand the way this service works the following explanation is offered.

If you know that a Parcel is going to be delivered put in your window a Postcard that is available free from Copplestone Stores.

As you can see above the Postcard tells the Delivery Agent to take the Parcel to Copplestone Stores who will check the delivery and accept it on your behalf subject to the Terms and Conditions prevailing at the time. Copplestone Stores will keep a record of the arrival and keep the Parcel safe until picked up by the Customer. There is a small charge for the Parcel and information on the Charges is available on request in the shop.

To assist Copplestone Stores in administration we would be very grateful for prior warning of Parcels and when the customer intends to collect, although this is not essential and if a customer is one of our  ParcelPoint regulars we will obviously be aware of their needs.

For those that have used the ParcelPoint service they have shown that Copplestone Stores can be used very reliably and has been a useful service for them. For those that have yet to realise how important the service can be to them the other side of our Postcard gives detail.
